TROUBLESHOOTING my TDP access using thalesgroup.com email

this page is public to help users that are locked with their entraID accounts ::

Introduction

Trustnest platform is available for any thales engineer by default (using thalesgroup.com account), even if tenant is thalesdigital.io

How it works ?

A cross tenant sync is setup to synchronize all thalesgroup.com identity in the thalesdigital.io tenant.

So in the TDP context:

  • source tenant is thalesgroup.com for users using thalesgroup.com email address
  • target tenant is thalesdigital.io (aka TDP or Trustnest)

I have TDP access issues, who should be contacted ? kiss ? postIT ?

First, you should test if you're able to access to your source tenant (ie thalesgroup.com). To do so:

If your access is KO, you should open an incident to kiss saying you're not able to access to thalesgroup.com tenant. Probably, your account is disabled. kiss link

If the previous access is OK, then access to TDP:

If OK, the issue is not linked to IAM. Make sure you're already be onboarded on the service, is not, subscribe to it using postIT. If KO, ask for request account reactivation on TDF tenant
