Description
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is enforced on Trustnest.
Microsoft Authenticator mobile is the only second factor supported.
You've just bought a new phone ? You've forgotten your phone at home ? Read this documentation to learn what to do !
Know limitations
You should have your "old" mobile phone
For security reasons. Any reset MFA requires to be mult-factor authenticated. If you lost your phone or you haven't access to your phone which azure microsoft authenticator is installed on, then the reset MFA in self service is not available.
If you have no access to the existing microsoft authenticator enrolled in Azure Active Directory, you should not be able to access to postIT.
** What to do ?**
- Contact your manager or a colleague; and ask him to request MFA reset for another user using postit.
The support need to confirm your identity and the validity of your demand. Because, you should have limited access to your professional email address, support team will contact you by phone. Please, make sure your phone information are properly filled into workday; and be ready to answer your phone (even if the phone call comes from North America - we have support teams located here)
